BLEND

70% Grenache, 30% Cinsault.

TERROIR

Mediterranean climate. Vineyards located in Provence. Clay-limestone soils with components of sand and marble.

WINEMAKING

Harvest done at night to preserve the grapes’ quality and freshness. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are cooled, softly pressed (direct pressing) then vinified separately. The fermentation occurs at low temperatures to protect the freshness and fragrance of the wine. Ageing on fine lees, in stainless steel tank, during a maximum of three months.

The addition of sulfites is limited.

TASTING NOTES

A succulent wine of a profound and captivating hue. The perfume is an exotic mix of fruit, spices and candy. From the first sip, the palate is the perfect balance of tempered sweetness and crispy freshness.

VIGNERONS

The founder of French Beaches, Christophe Kaczmarek, nurtures a long friendship with the Bréban family in Provence. It has its origins deeply rooted there, precisely in the Var department, the famous “Green Provence” where wines of great freshness are produced. Since 1950, generations have succeeded each other and have pursued the vision of a region capable of producing high quality wines. The Bréban family is pioneer and key to the influence of Provence. French Beaches is proud to work with this great family to produce its dazzling rosé.

BLEND

80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Grenache Blanc.

TERROIR

Mediterranean climate. Vineyards located in Languedoc-Roussillon. Clay-limestone and clay-silty soils.

WINEMAKING

Harvest done at daybreak to preserve the grapes’ freshness. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are softly pressed (direct pressing) and vinified separately to preserve the typicity of each vineyard and allow awesome blends. The fermentation occurs at low temperatures (14° à 18°) to keep the fruitiness of the wine. Ageing on fine lees, in stainless steel tank, during a maximum of three months.

The addition of sulfites is limited.

TASTING NOTES

A delectable wine of intense and radiant colour. The nose captures aromas of bitters and ripe lemon zest, like waiting for the barman to put the finishing touches on our cocktail at a bar by the beach. From the first sip, the palate is a balance of marine freshness and voluptuous richness.

VIGNERONS

The founder of French Beaches, Christophe Kaczmarek, has teamed up with Vignerons Catalans to produce this delicious cuvée. Vignerons Catalans are a group, of women and men, united and passionate about the wine-growing landscape of Roussillon. Roussillon is a region rich in exceptional terroirs, with a hot, sunny, and windy climate, allowing an environmental-friendly viticulture. The geological mosaic of the Roussillon vineyards makes it, says Chris, “the Southern Burgundy”.
