Asiakaspalvelumme vastaa viimeistään kolmen arkipäivän kuluessa rekisteriä koskeviin kysymyksiin ja palautteisiin.
Potio Oy markkinointi- ja asiakasrekisteri.
Käsittelyn tarkoituksena on asiakassuhteen hoitaminen, asiakkaan jaPotio Oy:n oikeuksien ja velvollisuuksien toteuttaminen sekä henkilötietolain mukainen henkilötietojen käsittely verkkopalveluihin liittyviin tarkoituksiin, tutkimustoimintaan, Potio Oy:n ja/tai sen yhteistyökumppaneiden mainonnan ja/tai suoramarkkinoinnin suuntaaminen asiakastietojen perusteella Potio Oy:n viestimien ja palvelujen kautta luovuttamatta henkilötietoja ulkopuoliselle taholle.
Rekisteriin tallennettavia tietoja ovat: henkilön nimi, yhteystiedot (puhelinnumero ja sähköpostiosoite), www-sivustojen osoitteet, verkkoyhteyden IP-osoite, tunnukset/profiilit sosiaalisen median palveluissa, tiedot tilatuista palveluista ja niiden muutoksista, sekä muut asiakassuhteeseen ja tilattuihin palveluihin liittyvät tiedot. Hyväksyessäsi evästeiden käytön kerättyä tietoa voidaan käyttää myös kohdennetun markkinoinnin toteuttamiseen, jonka johdosta saatat nähdä mainontaamme myös muissa vierailemissasi sivustoissa ja palveluissa.
Rekisteriin tallennettavat tiedot saadaan asiakkaalta mm. www-lomakkeilla lähetetyistä viesteistä, sähköpostitse, puhelimitse, sosiaalisen median palvelujen kautta, sopimuksista ja muista tilanteista, joissa asiakas luovuttaa tietojaan.

4. Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to fulfill the rights and obligations of the customer and Potio Oy, and to process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, research activities, targeting advertising and/or direct marketing of Potio Oy and/or its partners based on customer data through Potio Oy's media and services without handing over personal data to an outside party.
5. Data content of the register
The information stored in the register includes: the person's name, contact information (phone number and email address), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, IDs/profiles in social media services, information about ordered services and their changes, and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services. If you accept the use of cookies, the collected information can also be used for the implementation of targeted marketing, as a result of which you may also see our advertising on other sites and services you visit.
6. Statutory data sources of the register
The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts and other situations where the customer discloses their information.
7. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be published to the extent that it has been agreed with the customer, but only as required by a separate consent.
Data can also be transferred by the controller outside the EU or EEA, but only on the condition that the statutory obligations regarding the processing of personal data outside the EU/EEA countries are complied with.
8. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent electronically to the controller. If necessary, the registrar can ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
9. Register protection principles
Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.
10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent electronically to the controller. If necessary, the registrar can ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
